We know that there is much in the news these days about the evolving situation with the spread of COVID-19. The health and safety of our campers and their families is our number one priority. We are monitoring the situation closely and we will take our cues from Emory, which is closely affiliated with the CDC.
As of right now, summer programs at Emory are still a "go". They have told us they should have more information by April 6.
We want to reassure you that if camp is cancelled, all campers will receive full refunds.
April 6 update: Emory has not made a final decision yet on whether to cancel summer programs. While we await word from them as well as word from the government on when we might expect restrictions on large public gatherings to be lifted, we are sending out a survey to all those on our email list to gauge interest in a potential online version of the camp for this year only. We will do all we can to keep the spirit of the camp going through these challenging times.
