Castle Chess Camp typically fills up early- register early to secure a spot.  We will accept a minimum of 132 campers and a maximum of 156 campers.  All campers must meet a minimum USCF rating requirement of 900. 

The fees for the 2008 Castle Chess Camp are:

$800	Resident Camper, if paid in full by January 31
$825	Resident Camper, if paid in full by February 29 Â
$850	Resident Camper, if paid in full on or after March 1

$85	Extra fee for adult campers requesting a private room
$120	Commuter meal plan, includes 7 lunches and 7 dinners
$400	Room and board only for an adult accompanying a young camper

Notes and explanations:

Resident camper  fees include a dorm room (double occupancy) and 3 meals a day starting with dinner on Sunday and ending with lunch the following Sunday.  We discourage children younger than 10 years old from being resident campers unless rooming with a parent.

No private rooms will be given to campers under age 18.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN FULL BY MAY 1.Â

For campers paying the $100 deposit, the total amount due depends on the date your final balance is paid in full, NOT the date the deposit is paid.  $100 holds your spot until May 1, if you are not paid in full by that date, you will lose your $100 and your spot.

After you have paid, we certainly hope you will not need to cancel.  However, should that become necessary for any reason, our refund policy is as follows:

• All but $100 before April 1
• All but $200 from Apri l 1 to April 30
• All but $300 from May 1 to May 25
• NO refunds after May 25
